Gary brings over 38 years of business experience to the design team. He is best known in the Columbia market for his 17 years of custom home building as president of Sovereign Homes. During that time of his career Sovereign built 250 of the finest residences in upper end neighborhoods such as Ascot, Sheffield, Wildewood, Windemere, and many others. Before that, Gary learned the business systems of the nation's largest home-builders as an area manager for Centex Corporation and John Crosland Homes in several of the Carolina's busiest markets.

 

Gary's higher education started with undergraduate work at Furman University before earning a B.S. degree in finance from the University of South Carolina. He continued his studies at the University of South Carolina by earning a Masters Degree in Real Estate and Property Finance.
