Gary brings over 46 years of business experience to the design team. He’s best known in the Columbia market for his 17 years of custom home building as the president of Sovereign Homes. During that time, Sovereign built 250 of the finest residences in upscale neighborhoods like Ascot, Sheffield, Wildwood, Windemere, and many others. Before that, Gary gained valuable business systems knowledge by working as an area manager for Centex Corporation and John Crosland Homes in some of the busiest markets in South Carolina and North Carolina.

 

Gary’s higher education began with undergraduate studies at Furman University, followed by a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of South Carolina. He further advanced his education by earning a master’s degree in Real Estate and Property Finance from the University of South Carolina.
